Members receive three seasonal communications annually:
- September — harvest estimates
- March — bottling and allocation updates
- November — seasonal and holiday allocations

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
International Shipping Terms
Orders are fulfilled in Italy and transferred to a third-party logistics provider acting on behalf of the customer for international transport. The customer assumes responsibility for any import requirements, duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations in the destination state.
