Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@lvdgwine.com.

Because our inventory is extremely limited and shipping is handled internationally from Italy, replacements may not be possible. Any issues or concerns will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled in Italy and transferred to a third-party logistics provider (MBE) for international transport. The customer assumes responsibility for any import requirements and compliance with local regulations in California.

Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age (21+). An adult signature is required upon delivery.
