Borgo Grillo is an organically farmed vineyard on Tuscany’s North Coast. The vines are Guyot-trained, pruned and harvested by hand. No synthetic or chemical inputs are made. Nine varieties are planted across seven blocks, including Syrah, Merlot, Vermentino, Viognier, Sangiovese, Marsalan, Cielgiolo, Canaiolo and Bonamico, each reflecting the land’s diversity and vitality.

Set above the Versilia coastline, the vineyard’s south and southwest-facing slope soak up the sun as the season starts. The sea and mountain air circulate and moderate summer heat. Calcaric soils on the hillside support freshness and structure. Wild herbs and plants thrive among the vines, contributing to the beauty and dynamic ecosystem of the Borgo Grillo Vineyard.
