Who We Are
The LVDG name is new around Tuscany, but our roots trace back to Italian grape growers who helped shape Southern California in the early 1900s. Formed between Italy and California, the spirit of LVDG now calls the north coast of Tuscany home—new ground, with the same connection to the grapevine.
At our center is a love of grape growing and a deep respect for the artisans of the industry—values carried across generations. Today, our work is to continue the adventure and sustain the spirit that brought us here. We believe good work comes from good teams: work in the dirt, the science in the cellar, and the joy found in the people who make it happen. This is the LVDG culture.
What We Do
We produce single-vineyard, limited-production IGT Toscana wines.
California Roots
Our story includes a California chapter shaped by Italian immigrant grape growers active in Southern California during the early 20th century. Among them were the Geluso brothers, a family of grape growers and winemakers in West Riverside.
They were part of a broader community of Italian families who brought agricultural knowledge from Italy, adapted it to California’s climate and soils, and helped establish a foundation for the region’s grape and wine culture. That chapter now continues in Tuscany.
