ABOUT LVDG

Le Vigne del Grillo is located in Tuscany, in the heart of Versilia—the first stop along the Strada del Vino e Olio di Lucca, where the Apuan Alps meet the sea. This is a distinctive corner of Tuscany, producing wines as dynamic and compelling as the landscape itself.

LVDG is a small lot/ allocation producer of IGT Toscana wines— crafted from hand tended single-vineyard fruit. Tuscan tradition guides us, while we embrace new varieties and approaches to élevage.

We produce less than 500 cases per year and focus on three wines each season. Every season is a new adventure and we look to share our wines as a “vintage set”—a representation of a single season across one vineyard, three wines, and one team.

Our 2025 season proved exceptional, our fruit and winemaker earning LVDG a 96.33 rating at the International Concorso Vermentino, making it one of Italy’s most distinctive expressions of the Vermentino grape. A grape and wine we love.
